How is my commission calculated?

When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and credited to your OaaS eWallet. You can withdraw to your bank account at any time — there are no holding periods.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
No. There are no earning caps. The more clients and talent you refer, the more you earn. Elite partners can also negotiate custom commission structures.
What happens if a referred client cancels?
Commissions are only earned on active, billed engagements. If a contract is cancelled, future commission accrual stops, but all previously earned commissions remain yours.
